Some of the key issues that organisations face within this sector are: Market saturation, targeting and accessing the right consumer base, the issue and associated concern of consumer trust and engagement as well as the general concern of agility and adapting to new technological trends.

Key Problem Addressed:

With new competition coming up daily, Maulik Hospitality had the main issue of raising its brand awareness and occupancy levels.
