The core challenge was simultaneously conveying the premium tranquility of its sustainable, 100% pure-veg, and cruelty-free villa homestays, while clearly communicating its deep commitment to eco-friendly practices and mindful hospitality. This necessitated a website that felt serene, premium, and soul-capturing, coupled with the functional challenge of seamlessly showcasing multiple distinct properties, each needing to convey its individual warmth without overwhelming the user, ultimately establishing a digital identity that honored Viraalay’s philosophy of sustainable luxury and facilitated effortless exploration and booking.

We managed the social media presence for Viraalay, a luxury homestay and boutique-style staycation brand specializing in refined villas and high-end accommodation. Our strategy primarily utilized Instagram and Facebook with a curated content and engagement plan. We successfully positioned Viraalay as a trusted, aspirational, and luxurious stay option in the hospitality/home-stay space by consistently showcasing premium offerings through visually rich posts, elegant lifestyle imagery, and property/stay-experience features. We further engaged the audience using storytelling via reels and carousels to highlight the unique ambiance of its properties. Boosting digital visibility was achieved by maintaining a consistent posting schedule and platform-optimized content, and we ensured targeted interaction by actively engaging with followers to attract a travel- and experience-seeking audience.
